Former RAW chief Ajit Doval has once again been appointed as Modi's National Security Adviser

New Delhi: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has once again appointed former ‘RAW’ chief Ajit Doval as his National Security Advisor.

According to the Indian media, Ajit Doval will continue to perform his duties as National Security Adviser in the third term of the Modi government, the notification of which has also been issued. And he has been appointed with effect from June 10, while PK Mishra has been appointed Principal Secretary to Modi.

According to Indian media, the position of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval will be equal to that of a Cabinet Minister.

It should be noted that Ajit Doval, the former head of the Indian intelligence agency ‘RA’, was made the National Security Advisor for the first time in 2014 and he has performed these duties in the last two governments of Modi.
