Claudian Baum won Mexico’s presidential election and became the country’s first female president.
Mexico’s official electoral authority says preliminary results from Sunday’s election show Claudia Sheinbaum winning with 58 to 60 percent of the vote.
According to British media reports, Shane Baum has a 30 percent lead over her business woman rival, Zoshel Gloves.
Thanking the public for his success in the elections, Shenbaum said, “I will not let you fail.”
According to reports, Sheinbaum is an energy scientist and a former mayor of Mexico City.
Sheinbaum will take the oath of office on October 1, 2024 and assume the presidency of Mexico.
