
41 people died in a fire in a residential building in the Middle Eastern country of Kuwait.
According to Kuwaiti media, a fire broke out in a residential building in the morning of June 12 in the city of al-Munqaf in southern Kuwait.
According to police officials, the authorities were informed about the fire at 6 am.
Media reports said that 160 employees of the same company were living in the affected building, many of whom were rescued and are undergoing treatment in hospital.
Officials said most of the deaths were due to smoke inhalation.
“We always warn companies not to have too many workers at one place,” he added.

The cause of the fire in the building is not yet known and the investigation is on.
